Rubit just showed me you were doing this because I’m basically no good at noticing anything ever, and I made NOISES. NOISES. So I’m over here analyising all the thumbnails and yelping.

TRACY. He looks awesome in your style! I love the one where he’s sort of looking over his shoulder up there. TRACY DISAPPROVES.

The faith-leech, aaeeueghhhh, that one sketch in the middle there is a lot more coherent and sensible and creepy as hell than I ever got it in my head while writing about it. It looks like a flying face-hugger. This is a horrifying thought, and also, thinking about it, sort of what it is.

I said to Rubit (well, I said a lot of things to Rubit, including OH MY GAWWD and WAAAAfglsdiafgselfgserailfgserzfgselfgsrlfg) that somehow you’ve managed to make martin look the way I pictured him, even though I only spent about half a sentence actually describing him. Especially in the horrified-face sketch there.

YIIISSSS good I love Martin but I have to say “a mop of curly hair like a cartoon pianist” had me sort of scratching my head. I’m glad you like his design though. I think I ended up going for a sort of “tortured to the point of just looking rather bedraggled” thing. Also I love the faith leech. I love drawing it squelching all over the place. Creepy smoky eat-y things are a secret passion of mine so thank you for that.
